Dijonnaise Grilled Chicken

This is a super simple way to prep chicken that leaves it super moist on the inside and nice and crispy on the outside.

Ingredients


  • ½ cup mayonnaise

  • ½ cup Dijon mustard

  • 2 garlic cloves, finely grated

  • Salt and black pepper

  • 1 tsp dried thyme

  • Boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, patted dry

 

Method


  1. Stir together the mayonnaise, mustard, thyme and garlic, and season to taste with salt and pepper.

  2. Season the chicken all over with salt and pepper and then transfer to the mixture and toss to coat.

  3. Let sit at least 15 mins or refrigerate up to overnight.

  4. Let it come to room temperature before cooking.

  5. Remove the chicken and fry or air fry until cooked through (about 15 mins total).
