Air Fryer Croutons – Butter version

Superior to the olive oil version in taste and crunch.


Ingredients

 

  • 2 slices white bread, cubed

  • 1 tsp parsley leaf

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp salt

  • 3 tbsp butter, melted

 

Directions

 

  1. Add bread cubes to a bowl.

  2. Whisk the parsley, garlic powder and salt into melted butter.

  3. Pour over bread cubes and toss until evenly coated.

  4. Sit for 2 mins to let the butter absorb.

  5. Place bread in the air fryer and cook on 200C for 4 mins.

  6. Toss and cook for 2 mins more.

  7. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate until ready to use.
